Janice Baker is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, certified nutrition support clinician and is board-certified in advanced diabetes management.
An alumnus of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Janice completed her post-graduate dietetic internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a master’s degree in business administration while working toward her additional certifications in diabetes management and advanced nutrition support.
Janice was a clinical dietitian and assistant manager of nutrition services at Pomerado Hospital before joining Arch Health Medical Group to provide nutrition and disease management services.
Outside of the office, Janice volunteers with Taking Control of Your Diabetes and other organizations to promote diabetes prevention, education and management. Janice has also worked with public schools and universities to educate students and faculty about preventative health and nutrition issues.
Janice is married to Mark Baker, a local architect. They have three children – Allen, David and Leah.
