Application Process

Thank you for your interest in joining the Palomar Health Medical Group team. To help you better understand our hiring process, we compiled a list answers to our most frequently asked questions.

What positions are you hiring?

Please check out our current listing of openings at our Career Center.

How do I apply?

We use an online application found at our Career Center. You will need to create a profile in our system using an email address to apply. Once you create a profile, you will be able to apply for any positions that are currently available. If you don’t see a position of interest, please continue to monitor our Career Center. Once a position is posted, you will be able to submit an online application.

You may return to our Career Center at any time to complete unfinished tasks or submit an additional application. Please retain your username and password for future reference.

Note for Internal applicants: Please submit your completed Internal Transfer Application and updated resume to Human Resources to apply for a new position within Palomar Health Medical Group.

How can I check on the status of my application?

After you submit your application online through our Career Center, you will receive a confirmation message on your screen indicating your application was received. You may also view the positions you have applied for by logging into the Career Center and viewing “My Job Applications.” If your qualifications are a good match for our position requirements, a member of our HR team will contact you regarding next steps. If you aren’t selected to advance in the application process, you will be notified by email by the end of our selection process.

How long will you be accepting applications?
