Following our recent cyber security incident, we have been diligently working to restore our systems to full functionality, and we are pleased to update you on our progress.

As of now, we have made significant strides in restoring the following functionalities:

  • Electronic Medical Record System: Your medical records are fully and securely accessible to your care teams.
  • Appointment Scheduling: You can schedule and manage appointments by calling your provider’s office. *
  • Inbound calling: Inbound Calling has been restored in most clinical areas to include the following sites and the way to reach them:

  • Electronically Sending Prescriptions and Refills: Prescription orders and refills can be sent directly to local pharmacies.
  • Credit Card Payment Processing: Convenient payment options are available for patient share of cost.
  • Ability to Electronically Order Lab Tests and Electronically Receive Lab Results: Lab tests can be ordered electronically by your provider for your convenience. Once results are available, your provider will receive them electronically in the medical record.
  • Ability to Electronically Order Radiology Procedures: We are enabling electronic ordering for in-house radiology procedures.
  • Access to Patient Portal: Manage your health information through our secure Patient Portal and send messages to your physician’s team.
  • Radiology and Diagnostic Services: Please note that our in-house radiology services have still not been restored, but our care teams can assist you in ordering and receiving these services electronically through our allied partners.
